About the Role: Are you detail-oriented and passionate about quality? We're looking for assemblers to join our team! You'll be responsible for producing high-quality work, following safety procedures, and continuously improving to meet customer commitments. If you enjoy hands-on work and have a knack for assembly, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Produce quality work to prescribed standards.

Follow written work instructions and safety procedures.

Use required PPE and participated in LEAN Events and 'Six S' activities.

Perform entry-level assembly functions, including prep, mechanical, harness, cable, and printed circuit board sub-assemblies.

Conduct simple assemblies and hardware installation (screws, washers, nuts).

Perform pull-tests, verify tooling, and use torque tools.

Access production tools and perform wire prep, auto bond, and sleeving.

Essential Skills:

Proficient in assembly, circuit board assembly, soldering, and electronic assembly.

Skilled in mechanical assembly, blueprint reading, and use of hand tools.

Experienced in circuit board repair, quality control, cable assembly, crimping, and wiring.

Ability to read blueprints and wire tabulation.

Clean and controlled environment.

Casual dress code with ESD wrist straps and smocks.

Shift schedule: Monday to Thursday from 6 am to 3:30 pm, and every other Friday from 6 am to 2:30 pm.

Overtime expected and required once hired.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
