CNC MILL MACHINIST

Responsibilities

Set up CNC Hass Mill VFN and VF4.

Set up manual Bridgeport electronic Lathe with a digital readout (training provided).

Machine custom parts from blueprints, handle program edits, tooling changes, troubleshooting, and machine shutdown.

Perform 5-10 setups per day.

Inspect parts visually and with micrometers, calipers, gauge pins, and thread pins.

Essential Skills

2+ years of setup experience with Hass Mills.

Ability to read, interpret, and follow basic blueprints, cut lists, diagrams, engineering drawings, and specifications.

Proficiency in taking precise measurements and making calculations.

Experience with Fanuc, Haas, and Lathe machines.

Blueprint reading skills.

Proficiency with calipers and micrometers.

Basic programming skills for CNC machines.

Additional Skills Qualifications

Ability to read blueprints and take or read measurements to plan layout and procedures.

Inspect finished parts for flaws and defects.

Knowledge of how to operate grinders.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58000.00 - $66560.00
