Job Title: Production Planner / Buyer

Job Description

in production scheduling, purchasing, and order entry. You will play a key role in optimizing our production processes and ensuring timely procurement of materials.

Responsibilities

Accurately input data and check for errors to ensure order accuracy.

Manage production scheduling to optimize workflow and efficiency.

Coordinate purchasing activities to ensure timely procurement of necessary materials.

Utilize order management systems (OMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.

Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and provide assistance.

Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently, especially during peak hours.

Troubleshoot issues that may arise during the order entry process.

Work Environment

This position is based in an office environment, either in a corporate office or a call center. You will work in an open workspace, utilizing various technologies. The work hours are from 6:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Thursday.

Job Type Location

This is a Contract position based out of MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
