The Group Marketing Manager will be the orchestrator of omnichannel marketing strategies for our strategic products/NPIs across Knees, Hips, Shoulders, and ET (i.e. Robotics, Digital, and Power). This role will conduct stakeholder mapping, crafting personas and designing subsequent customer journeys, while maintaining brand coherence and integrity through the multiple channels customers and patients are present (i.e. both physical and digital). This role will engage stakeholders (e.g. PMs, Sales, Prof Ed, customers, industry/patient associations, Regulatory, Compliance, etc.) to ensure flawless execution of customer journeys and drive additional sales leads, above and beyond our sales force.
Responsibilities:
Establish and manage advertising agency relationships
Foster new data partnerships that will support enrichment and data analysis for your brand partners
Define, design and prioritize the data and business strategies for the brands that will help support the business needs, while increasing speed to market adoption
Partner with business stakeholders to support omnichannel and digital reporting/ analytics and work closely with advanced analytics partners to uncover insights for omnichannel activation
Identify data gaps in the current landscape with regards to activation and partner with Commercial Operations, Marketing, and Field Leadership for seamless integration of data that will enable data activation to enable seamless customer experience
Connecting with customers (e.g. hospital administration, NSHF administration, clinicians, OR staff, MDRD, etc.), patient advocacy societies, policymakers, sales associates and patients to gather in-person insights on customer journeys to further shape omnichannel strategies
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s of Arts or Bachelor’s of Science degree
Required:
A minimum of 5 years in Marketing
Experience with digital businesses, services, platforms and / or assets
Experience building personalized experiences for customers/patients/stakeholders
Confidence, maturity and credibility to deliver and present to Senior Executive leadership and business unit leadership teams
Strong ability to rapidly gather, structure, and present data analysis, with experience working with data science/Comm Ops teams to derive actionable results.
Strong communication skills, including ability to translate complex technical issues into fundamental, palatable concepts
Strong relationship-building skills to build effective working relationships with Segment and business unit leaders
Well developed financial acumen and business orientation
Ability to influence across all lines of business and at all levels within JJMT and Global DPS
Adaptability to respond to changing priorities.
Flexibility to manage multiple and competing priorities.
High level of self-motivation and keen sense of 'owning' and delivering on project deliverables.
Fluent in English
Must be able to travel up to 20% domestically
Preferred:
Bilingual (English/French)
Experience in managing CRM platforms
