What you'll love about your role as Group Learning and Development Manager
You'll be joining in a newly created role and part of our Group People & Culture team, reporting to our UK-based Group Head of Talent Development, Learning, and Performance.
Your role is significantly impactful - enhancing the quality of our managers, developing their leadership skills and as a direct result, positively influencing the overall employee experience.
You'll spearhead the delivery of our first-ever global Frontline Leader Program. In the short-term, this means building strong relationships with our global partner - DDI (Development Dimensions International) - gaining accreditation in their materials and transforming this into global contextualized A-Gas learning content.
In the medium-term, you'll develop a comprehensive plan for rollout, including grouping learning content, forming learning cohorts, and scheduling the program.
Alongside this, you'll have the opportunity to work on our High-Potential (HiPo) program, take ownership of and maximize our investment in LinkedIn Learning, plus enjoy occasional international travel.
Who you are
You're a seasoned learning advocate, bringing experience within a specialist learning and development role and an understanding of development needs at every career stage.
You have a proven track record in creating, delivering, and evaluating impactful management and leadership programs.
Coupled with this you've successfully organized mid to large-scale learning events (cohorts of 20-30 individuals, with an overall management population of circa 400), showcasing exceptional organizational skills and the ability to create impactful learning environments.
Tech-savvy with LMS, you actively contribute to their development, stay abreast of technological advancements, and drive their effective use.
A data-driven decision-maker, you execute impactful soft skills and leadership programs and possess the marketing acumen to maximise learning opportunities, ensuring a tangible return on investment.
