The Specialist III-Graphic Design and Web Development is knowledgeable in all areas of graphic design and production, and consistently delivers a quality product. The specialist III will spend time producing graphic orders and operating equipment that requires advanced operational knowledge and expertise; managing, monitoring and facilitating all production processes. The Specialist III will also assist and sometimes solely work in web based ordering system development.
Follows instructions of supervisors and assists other team members in performing printing services' functions.Assists in the training of team members. Ensures communication among shifts.Provides expertise in printing and graphics, and can recommend appropriate products and services.Provides an outstanding customer experience by using consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and find solutions to meet customer needs.
