Sunstates Security is hiring for a Global Intelligence Coordinator for a prominent client in Raleigh, NC. The Global Intelligence Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the client's intelligence activities, developing and mentoring junior analysts, and providing quality control on intelligence reports and executive-level communications on a global scale. This role typically involves working in sectors such as corporate security, risk management, business resilience, and event support.
This position offers a competitive salary with a weekly pay schedule - (salary is dependent on level of experience),along with industry-leading benefits.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Risk, Threats, and Vulnerability (RTV) Program Development
Develop RTV analyst training and standards. Evaluate subordinate analysts and ensure compliance with the client's processes and procedures.
Providing feedback or solutions for new technologies as required as part of the global RTV Program.
Identify opportunities for improvement to the RTV program and report them to the Global Operations Manager for possible review and resolution.
Strategic Planning
Develop and implement strategies for gathering, analyzing, and disseminating intelligence globally.
Collaborate with senior management to align intelligence efforts with organizational goals.
Intelligence Collection
Oversee the collection of intelligence from various sources, including open-source intelligence (OSINT) and publicly available information (PAI).
Establish and maintain relationships with external intelligence agencies, partners, and vendors.
Analysis and Assessment
Lead a team of intelligence analysts to evaluate and interpret information, assess potential risks, and provide actionable insights.
Conduct threat assessments and produce intelligence reports for decision-makers.
Information Security
Implement and maintain robust information security protocols to protect sensitive intelligence data.
Ensure compliance with relevant legal and ethical standards in intelligence operations.
Technology and Tools
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and tools in the intelligence field.
Implement and manage intelligence software, databases, and analytic tools.
Crisis Response
Develop and maintain crisis response plans based on intelligence assessments.
Provide real-time intelligence support during crisis situations.
Training and Development
Train and develop staff in intelligence analysis methodologies and best practices.
Foster a culture of continuous learning within the intelligence team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Associate's degree or:
Five (5) years of experience in high-intensity, high-volume environments, such as a Security Operations Center, Crisis Management/Response Center, or Customer Call Center.
Excellent oral communication skills, with proven comfort engaging directly with clients and other customers.
Excellent written communication skills, including editing final products for business leaders and customer consumption.
Experience gathering and analyzing data to create metrics that support positive change and continuous improvement recommendations.
Demonstrated ability to manage effectively change and conflict.
Proven confidence and effectiveness in managing high-intensity, dynamic situations.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and prioritize according to situation or client response.
Demonstrated comfort with technology, with the ability to quickly navigate and oversee the use of multiple systems and applications. Ability to maintain situational awareness of multiple systems and applications simultaneously.
