The Grant Coordinator will play a pivotal role in the CommunityEmpowerment Lab, a local initiative aimed at providing a personalizedapproach to educating youth on leadership opportunities. The lab willcollaborate with MassHire Holyoke, Holyoke Printshop, Holyoke CommunityCollege, Hampton County Sheriff\'s Department, and local businesses toempower a new generation of entrepreneurs and social justice leaders.Project Planning and Oversight: Develop, maintain, and meticulouslymonitor comprehensive project plans, tracking schedules, work hours,budgets, and expenditures. Exercise strict adherence to establishedframeworks, ensuring all project documentation is systematicallyorganized and maintained at the highest standard. StakeholderEngagement: Organize, meticulously plan, and actively participate instakeholder meetings, ensuring that all relevant parties are engaged,informed, and aligned with project objectives. Cultivate and maintaincollaborative relationships with stakeholders, serving as a liaisonbetween internal teams and external partners. Documentation andCommunication: Record and document all pertinent actions and decisionsemanating from meetings and project activities. Prepare and deliverhigh-quality presentations, reports, and communications, ensuringclarity, accuracy, and alignment with organizational standards. ProjectExecution: Ensure the timely and successful completion of projectdeliverables by closely monitoring and managing project timelines.Proactively identify and assess potential project changes, providingadministrative support and addressing challenges as they arise. TaskImplementation: Undertake diverse project tasks as required,demonstrating versatility and adaptability to meet evolving projectneeds. + Education and Experience + Compensation + How to Apply Developand implement effective project strategies, aligning them withorganizational goals and overarching mission. Event Coordination:Organize, attend, and actively participate in project-related events,including the final event, ensuring seamless execution and achievementof project objectives. Risk Management: Conduct thorough assessments ofproject risks and issues, devising and implementing viable solutions tomitigate potential challenges. Proactively manage stakeholder views,aligning them with project goals and ensuring a unified and positiveproject experience. Meeting Facilitation: Chair and skillfullyfacilitate meetings, ensuring a structured and productive environment.Systematically distribute comprehensive meeting minutes to all projectteam members, fostering transparency and accountability. Bachelor?sdegree (preferred). Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.Proficient with diverse social and cultural communities of color.Knowledge of Holyoke community resources and community-based providersis preferred. Proficient in Microsoft and Google Suite. Competent withdata-management platforms, multimedia presentations, and Internet searchengines. Must have a valid driver?s license and own reliabletransportation.
