  Position Overview:

  Abercrombie & Kent Travel Group is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team, focusing on the LATAM region. This crucial role involves collaborating with key account partners and General Sales Agents (GSAs) to provide comprehensive support in executing annual got to market plans, thereby promoting Abercrombie & Kent Travel Groups brands and services within specific regions.

  Responsibilities:

  Sales plans: Create, manage, sustain, and track key account and GSA sales and marketing initiatives and plans through bi-weekly meetings with key stakeholders and track budgeting and effectiveness of marketing efforts. Liaise with regional marketing teams to ensure brand guidelines are adhered to.

  Go to Market Support: Collaborate with key account partners and GSAs to understand their go to market objectives and align them with Crystal's brand strategy. Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans that enhance Crystal's visibility and drive sales within the LATAM regions.

  Promotional Campaigns: Work closely with the marketing team to create and implement targeted promotional campaigns, ensuring they align with the overall marketing strategy. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  Event Coordination: Coordinate and support events, trade shows, and promotions within the LATAM region to strengthen Crystal's presence in the market. Liaise with partners and vendors to ensure seamless execution of events and sponsorships.

  Communication: Serve as a liaison between Crystal and key account partners, GSAs, and internal teams. Facilitate regular communication to ensure all stakeholders are informed of marketing initiatives, promotions, and relevant updates.

  ROI Tracking: Collect and analyze sales data from the designated regions, and attribute their findings to various marketing efforts in order to establish adequate ROI on efforts

  Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including sales, product development, and finance, to ensure alignment of strategies, share insights, and enhance overall efficiency.

  Sales Training and Development: Collaborate with the International Sales Manager to develop and deliver sales training programs and resources for agency partners to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.

  Market Research and Analysis: Conduct ongoing research on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands in the designated regions. Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

  Process Improvement: Continuously assess and enhance sales processes and workflows to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

  Requirements:

  Must be fluent in English and Spanish.

  Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field preferred,

  2+ years of experience in sales coordination, preferably within the travel industry.

  Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

  Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with fluency in English and Spanish. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

  Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

  Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.

  Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

  Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

  Willingness to travel occasionally for sales meetings and events.
