  We are looking to hire talented and committed Recruiters for our EMEA Stores Recruiting team based to play a critical role in managing Amazon's growth and additional hiring requirements. This is an entry level recruiting role, and you do not need previous experience to apply.

  This opportunity will give you the chance to help maximize talent identification and acquisition in order to meet Amazon’s business growth through being involved in day to day recruitment activities and a variety of recruitment projects and initiatives.   The Stores Talent Acquisition team within Amazon is one of the largest recruitment teams in the world. Our mission is to make Amazon the premier destination of Earth's most talented people. We innovate every day, continuously improving our processes to improve business partnership and candidate experience. However, we still have work to do and it is still Day One! We are seeking motivated graduates to bring new perspectives and inject fresh ideas into our customer orientated processes, supporting us in connecting more diverse talent with exceptional opportunity.

  Key job responsibilities

  Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.

  Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management

  Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.

  Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment of talent that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning current processes for recruiting that fits within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.

  Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process.

  Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification and Amazon’s Leadership Principles. Learn to strong screen, interview and prepare a candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.

  Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers for senior-level openings.

  We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

  Manchester, GBR

  Basic Qualifications

  Business Fluency (C1+) in both English and Czech

  You recently obtained or are working towards a Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree

  Communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results

  Preferred Qualifications

  Though not required, prior work experience can be beneficial.
