  POSITION OVERVIEW

  GERENTE DE CUENTAS

  We are hiring full-time sales representatives who are positive, persuasive, and have the drive to succeed. In this role, you will make outbound calls to existing cable customers to ensure they are in the best plan for their needs. The right candidate for this position will be experienced in using needs-based selling strategies - listening, probing, educating - determine the customer's needs and help them select the appropriate products and services. All applicants must be fluent in English and reside within driving distance of our office, located in Hermosillo, SO.

  This position offers a competitive base wage and lucrative sales commissions and contest incentives.

  POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  WHAT DOES SOMEONE IN THIS ROLE ACTUALLY DO?

  This role requires you to interact with hundreds of customers each week across the country to resolve support issues, sell new products and services, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience. In addition to being the best in the business when it comes to customer satisfaction, you will need to be a confident, fully engaged team player who is dedicated to bringing a positive and enthusiastic outlook to work each day.

  Essential Duties

  Contact customers by phone and review account.

  Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand customers current requirements and pain points

  Present and demonstrate new or additional products and services to our customers, highlighting their unique value propositions and benefits

  Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the process

  Utilize multiple systems to manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities

  Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings to effectively position our products and services

  Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through ongoing training and professional development opportunities

  Qualifications

  Must be 18 years of age or older

  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients

  Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset

  Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with colleagues and cross-functional teams

  Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and sales activities

  Knowledge of the industry and market trends, with the ability to quickly learn and understand our products and services.

  PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.

  CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

  Must be authorized to work in their country of residence (The United States or Canada)

  Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results

  Must be willing to submit to drug screening.
