In this essential role, you will perform various administrative support tasks, including operating office equipment and completing general clerical work. Based in San Antonio, Texas, the General Office Clerk role is expected to be a short-term contract / temporary role.

　　Key responsibilities

　　Demonstrate command of such tasks as data entry, faxing, copying, scanning, filing, and word processing

　　Providing accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

　　Deliver support on diverse employee projects as necessary

　　Offer help with front desk and receptionist duties

　　Demonstrate command of prescribed style and format when drafting correspondence

　　Provide a warm environment to customers

　　Manage telephone calls, including receiving and placing Requirements - Be able to adapt and thrive in constantly changing environments

　　Qualified in handling office equipment

　　Ability to multitask, collaborate and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds in a fast-paced environment

　　Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

　　Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing

　　Applicants must apply with a high school diploma or its equivalent

　　1 Year of Office Clerk experience at minimum suggested

　　Administrative Office experience

　　Proficiency in Office Administration

　　Administrative Assistance experience desired
