　　This is a role well suited to anambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Continuous Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for :

　　Utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologiesto identify improvement opportunities that lead to year over year costsavings

　　Cultivating a culture of continuousimprovement at all levels through use of Root Cause analysis, PDCAmethodologies, GEMBA management, etc.

　　Supporting the ContinuousImprovement program for the site to deliver improved results in Cost,Quality and Customer Service

　　Leading improvement workshops,kaizen events, chalk circles, VSM and other improvement events.

　　Building skills and capabilities ofothers in Lean methods, Cost Savings and OEE/OLE

　　This positionmay suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to dodevelop your career with Healthineers

　　Know and can use Lean or Six Sigmaimprovement methods.

　　Know and use Industrial Engineeringmethods such as Time Studies, Flow Analysis and System Optimization

　　Plan and facilitate workshops andimprovement events

　　Can analyze and identify improvementareas and approaches through lean methods, statistical analysis, six sigmaor industrial engineering methods.

　　Strong collaboration, influencing,and project management skills, and the ability to drive change projectswith cross-functional partners to conclusion

　　Driven, self-directing, goaloriented and able to prioritize workload in an agile environment

　　Required skills to have for the success of this role

　　Bachelor’s degree in Industrial,Manufacturing, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experiencerequired

　　Minimum of 5 years’experience in manufacturing operations

　　Financial acumen with advanced understanding of BOMs, valueadd, costing, and overhead

　　Experience of operating as part of asite cross-functional team, managing stakeholder relationships, andreporting up to senior management level

　　Excellent oral communications,business writing and presentation skills

　　Willing to travel up to 10%
