Perform design investigation and research through iterative drawing and precedent review. Develop innovative designs while working on all phases of a project from programming and schematic design through construction administration. Responsible for developing design concepts through complete construction document packages.  Produce, design, and construct documents using CAD and BIM computer drafting programs using AutoCAD and Revit software.  Prepare 2D and 3D visualizations to convey design and construction intent as well as coordinate drawings with subconsultant disciplines in structural and electrical engineering by using AutoCAD and Revit software.  Coordinate drawings with internal team.  Responsible for researching project materials and products as well as maintaining and updating project information.  Maintain office drawing and documentation standards by coordinating with senior staff and maintaining software templates. Maintain communication lines with the internal team, client, and consultants to maintain project progress.  Coordinate with leadership to establish and maintain project design, project goals, work plans and budgets.  Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Architecture or related field and 5 years of experience in the following: producing architectural designs and development concepts for mixed-use, high-density, urban, multi-family construction projects; performing building code research and construction administration; using Revit (BIM software) for concept design, documentation, and coordination with mechanical, electrical, and structural engineers; using AutoCAD for 2D conceptual and schematic design and SketchUp and Rhino 3D modeling and visualizations; using Dynamo for parametric design and modeling; and using Enscape, V-Ray, or Lumion to render architecture visualizations. Please send resume to [email protected].
