　　Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 6 for the United States Marine Corps Dining Facility 6012 located in Parris Island, SC. This Dining Facility is the largest Marine Corps mess hall on the United States east coast, responsible for providing meals for on average 2000 recruits per meal breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The unit consist of multiple managers as well as a variety of sub partner front of the house employees and a great team of Sodexo back of the house employees.

　　Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island is an 8,095-acre military installation located within Port Royal, South Carolina, approximately 5 miles south of Beaufort. This Food Service Manager will work closely with the General Manager in managing the Dining Facility.

　　The successful candidate will:

　　have oversight of day-to-day operations;

　　deliver high quality food service;

　　achieve company and client financial targets and goals;

　　develop and maintain client and customer relationships;

　　develop strategic plans;

　　create a positive environment; and/or

　　ensure Sodexo standards are met.

　　prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed; and/or

　　demonstrate working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS) The Market Connection (TMC) and is proficient in computer skills and report management experience. (not applicable to external candidates)
