　　Job Duties and Responsibilities

　　This role will be onsite in Englewood, CO or Littleton, CO

　　DISH is seeking a dynamic and accomplished professional to join our team as a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager . Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Strategic Sourcing, this role presents an exciting opportunity to lead and support DISH's sourcing activities. As a key player in our organization, you will spearhead the development and implementation of strategic sourcing strategies across multiple categories, contributing significantly to the continued success and growth of our company.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Review historical spending and purchases and develop category strategies in conjunction with the business units and Strategic Sourcing leadership

　　Identify process improvement opportunities in both the sourcing processes and the business interactions with suppliers

　　Build and execute negotiation strategies and develop award recommendations for business stakeholders

　　Help identify continuous improvement opportunities as well as mitigating and escalating issues

　　Understand supplier contracts currently in place and support internal stakeholders in retrieving relevant contact details

　　Advise Requesters within the Business Units on whether to leverage existing contracts or initiate a new sourcing request to identify supplier(s)

　　Develop sourcing strategies in collaboration with Business Units

　　Structure and manage sourcing events; develop RFx requirements and management of RFx documents/processes

　　Develop qualitative and quantitative evaluation criteria and facilitate evaluation of supplier proposals and shortlisting of RFx participants

　　Develop negotiation strategies and lead supplier negotiations

　　Draft contract language and work with business units to define requirements and reflect them in contract language

　　Identify, analyze, & mitigate contractual risk

　　Provide support in vendor relationship management, escalation, and dispute resolution when needed

　　Skills, Experience and Requirements

　　Education and Experience:

　　Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college

　　8-10 years of relevant management experience in the area of strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and business analysis

　　Skills:

　　Demonstrated results and value realization from sourcing activities

　　Procurement and/or Supply Chain related professional certification preferred

　　Results-oriented mentality with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and quality

　　Salary Ranges

　　Compensation: $100,100.00/Year - $143,000.00/Year

　　The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
