　　Responsibilities:

　　Lead and contribute to the development of the cardiovascular surgery group

　　Perform pivotal cardiovascular surgeries as a key member of the emerging medical team.

　　Collaborate seamlessly with interdisciplinary teams to shape comprehensive patient care strategies.

　　Adhere rigorously to established surgical and medical protocols.

　　Participate in on-call rotations with a schedule of 1:3.

　　Stay abreast of the latest advancements in cardiovascular medicine.

　　Qualifications and Requirements:

　　Board eligibility or certification in Cardiovascular Surgery.

　　Possess a valid medical license in the state of Florida.

　　Demonstrate proven expertise in cardiovascular surgical procedures.

　　Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.

　　Work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
