GBS Ultrasound Japan Intern

Your role:

Systematic administration of contract (creation, logistics tracking and archiving).

Understanding the content of the contracts and driving related actions (e.g. fulfillment, invoicing) across all channels and ensure accuracy of calculations and payments within contractual terms and conditions.

Facilitate Contract Performance Monitoring. Evaluate and communicate gaps between current contract value and required contract value to meet business goals

Supporting in compliance audits

Contract review and control process – review sales contract completeness and approve sales contract

Cooperate with sales support, order management, project manager and other functional groups to ensure efficiency and consistency in contract fulfillment and execution. Evaluate and Monitor Contract Execution

Drives continuous improvements applying LEAN

You're the right fit if:

Bachelor's degree or above

Fluent in both spoken and written English and Japanese

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
