Job Description

　　A meticulous and organized individual seeking an Mid-level position in the field of Supply Chain.

　　Advanced Skill of understanding customer requirements generating reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions in

　　the realm of fulfilling customer needs.

　　Innovative, creative, and willing to contribute ideas and learn new things

　　Key Responsibilities

　　Helping to transfer parts from one warehouse to another closer to a customer location needing the part for a tool .

　　Daily duties may include:

　　Pulling customer Sales order reports

　　Understanding stocking levels at warehouses.

　　Making sure right transactions are created with right levels to ensure parts reach customers

　　Monitoring stock levels

　　Tracking products through depots to make sure they arrive at their destination

　　Overseeing arrival of shipments

　　Responding to stakeholders queries and directing them to right solutions

　　Escalate and follow up on customer requirements not being met

　　Working in different time zones to support Global Customer Sales Order demands.

　　Working in shifts for extended periods

　　Skills needed

　　Good team player

　　Plenty of initiative and can work unsupervised

　　Knowledge of geography

　　Good communication skills

　　Attention to detail

　　No supervisory responsibilities but provides informal guidance to new team members

　　Solves problems in straightforward situations; analyzes possible solutions using technical experience and judgment and precedents

　　Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team; works within guidelines and policies

　　Ability to use spreadsheets, databases and other IT programs

　　Writing skills

　　Ability to remain calm under pressure and make decisions quickly

　　SAP and SCM knowledge.

　　Necessary to Have

　　Data analytics, basic understanding on excel, macros & SQL is preferred.

　　Strong ability to handle complex projects in the future
