Description We are looking for a Hardware Support specialist to join our team in Akron, Ohio. You will be working on-site, focusing primarily on a project that involves pairing Ray band glasses with iPads. This role provides a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team in setting up and pairing Ray band glasses with iPads

• Leverage your knowledge of firmware and MAC operating systems to ensure smooth operation of devices

• Install and configure computer hardware and be the point of contact for hardware support

• Troubleshoot hardware issues and implement solutions

• Maintain a detailed record of all hardware components and their statuses

• Ensure all Apple devices, including iPads, are in optimal working condition

• Manage firmware upgrades as required to keep devices up-to-date

• Use your skills in cable installation to ensure all devices are properly connected

• Ensure that all tasks are executed with a high level of detail

• Resolve tech issues with a focus on minimizing disruption to users. Requirements • Proficient in computer hardware.

• Experience in using and managing Active Directory.

• Familiarity with Apple Devices.

• Skilled in cable installation.

• Understanding of firmware and firmware upgrades.

• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain Mac computers and Mac OS.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to stay updated with the latest technological advancements.

• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Proven ability to meet deadlines.
