Description

We are offering a role for a Front Desk Coordinator located in BRYN MAWR, Pennsylvania. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for providing a welcoming environment for our guests and students. This role within the education industry will involve administrative tasks, customer service, and data entry.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the initial contact for all visitors, students, and staff

• Handle all incoming calls and emails, providing information or directing inquiries as appropriate

• Maintain a friendly demeanor while interacting with students, staff, and guests

• Accurately track student attendance and maintain up-to-date records

• Provide concierge services including welcoming guests and providing necessary assistance

• Execute data entry tasks and maintain organized files

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook for various administrative tasks

• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills in all communications

• Manage various administrative tasks, demonstrating proficiency in multi-tasking

• Offer exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role or related field

• Proficient in Administrative Assistance tasks

• Experience in answering multi-line phone systems

• Knowledge of Concierge Services

• Excellent Customer Service skills

• Ability to perform Data Entry tasks accurately and efficiently

• Strong Interpersonal Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word

• Experience in organizing files and maintaining file systems

• High school diploma or equivalent educational level

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize work

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
