Description:

　　We are looking for someone to help rebuild a 15 year old platform in Ruby on Rails. This experienced developer will be someone who is a self starter that needs minimal direction while being able to speak up when help is needed. Environment is developer friendly with a basecamp shape up model - working in 5 week cycles with a 1-2 week pause for tackling technical debt. Key Skills 1. Expert in Ruby on Rails 2. Ability to upgrade from version 5 to 7 3. Full stack within RoR with a front end lean but ability to interface from backend with Postgres experience. 4. Excitement to engage and collaborate with engineers, company leaders, and customers 5. No react/no vue. Focus is Rails native. 6. Objectively able to prioritize and judge tradeoffs given constraints and goals 7. Can do a feature from start to finish. Figure it out attitude.
