　　Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Front Office Coordinator for a Finance company in Honolulu, Hawaii. As the Front Office Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our front office. 　　Responsibilities:

　　Answering and managing a multi-line phone system with courtesy.

　　Greeting and assisting visitors with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.

　　Managing office supplies, including ordering, organizing, and restocking as necessary.

　　Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.

　　Assisting with various clerical tasks to support the overall functioning of the office.

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　3 years or more of recent experience in an office environment.

　　Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.

　　Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

　　Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

　　Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
