Franchise Support Coordinator / Office Assistant Closets by Design Franchising is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems with Franchisees located throughout the U.S. and Canada. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall-beds, garage cabinetry and more. We are currently seeking a Franchise Support Coordinator to help support the growth and contractual requirements of our business. The key objectives of this position will include, but are not limited to: * Responsible for all office administrative tasks such as answering phones, greeting visitors, incoming and outgoing mail, filing and email communications. * Order office supplies and maintain office equipment as required * Facilitate work-order requests for any building maintenance * Invoicing Franchise Owners for various purchased items and AR collections. * Calendar maintenance for all upcoming trainings and site visits. * Helping to coordinate meetings. * General Team Support as needed. * Executive Admin responsibilities for the President of the Company as needed Skills Required: * Ability to prioritizes and manage activities effectively to meet commitments and schedules; consistent record of meeting deadlines * Diligent follow through and accuracy on assigned tasks * Responds to Franchisees priority needs for service and support; determining and initiating appropriate course of action * Respond to requests for information, documents, and status of file/matter in timely manner * Responsible for maintaining and updating franchisee information in appropriate systems Minimum Qualifications: * Excellent customer service skills * Strong time management, planning and organization skills * Self-motivated and able to work independently * Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and act with a sense of urgency * Excellent written and oral communication skills, especially via telephone * Strong PC skills using MS Office * Experience with QuickBooks and SAGE a plus * Detail oriented with a strong commitment to excellence * A background in franchising, familiarity with contract administration activities will enhance your credentials For consideration, please email resume and salary history.
