　　Provides food service to patients, guests, or customers

　　Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe food production environment

　　May prepare food or drink items, assemble, and deliver patient trays, assist with catering events, and perform daily cleaning of dishes and work areas

　　Performs other duties as assigned

　　Food Services Representative II

　　Provides food service to patients, guests, or customers

　　Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe food production environment

　　May prepare food or drink items, assemble, and deliver patient trays, assist with catering events, and perform daily cleaning of dishes and work areas

　　Receives and stores food and supply deliveries using FIFO principles

　　Acts as a liaison between Food and Nutrition Services and patients, guests, physicians and other hospital personnel

　　Performs other duties as assigned

　　Food Services Representative III

　　Provides food service to patients, guests, or customers

　　Assists patients with menu selection according to preferences and diet restrictions

　　Provides daily interaction with patients to ensure a high quality patient experience

　　May provide coverage in the absence of the Food Service Coordinator

　　Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe food production environment

　　May prepare food or drink items, assemble, and deliver patient trays, assist with catering events, and perform daily cleaning of dishes and work areas

　　Receives and stores food and supply deliveries using FIFO principles

　　Acts as a liaison between Food and Nutrition Services and patients, guests, physicians and other hospital personnel

　　Provides training of new team members

　　Performs other duties as assigned
