Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Contracts Administrator to join our team in the Herndon, VA to begin and exciting and rewarding career within ManTech.
This is a hybrid work schedule with at least 3 days per week in the office.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Cradle-to-grave administration of assigned contracts to include but not limited to contract modifications, ensuring compliance with prime contract requirements, proposal preparation, and contract negotiation with existing or prospective clients.
Reviews current and future contracts on contractual rights and obligations and provides interpretation of contract terms and conditions.
Monitors company performance for conformance to original proposal and maintains continual reviews to ensure that all terms and conditions are met and that the contract is in accordance with legal requirements, customer specifications, and government regulations.
Assess and recommends appropriate activities to resolve performance difficulties.
Reviews and advises management, project and program managers, and other internal clients on contractual rights and obligations and provides interpretation of contract terms and conditions.
Monitors company performance for conformance to original proposal and maintains continual reviews to ensure that terms and conditions are met and that the contract is in accordance with legal requirements, customer specifications, and government regulations and advises leadership on appropriate activities to resolve performance difficulties.
Adheres to contract policies, procedures, methods, operating practices, and performance standards for areas of responsibility.
Responds to all external government requests.
Facilitates contract closeouts
Experienced in proposal activity support, ensuring compliance with the Solicitation requirements, company internal objectives and processes, and writing cover letters and bounding risk, preparing the contract volume and review of the cost volume.
Assists in responding to Requests for Information (RFIs), Market Research Requests (MRRs), and Broad Agency Announcements (BAAs).
Obtains and ensures approvals in accordance with company’s compliance matrix.
Proficient with the review and development of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Teaming Agreements (Tas), and Memorandum of Understanding (MOUs).
Performs Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) vetting and participates in preparation of OCI plans and helps develop mitigation strategies, as necessary.
Collaborates and coordinates across internal stakeholders.
Establishes and maintains customer relationships and contact plans, specifically with Government Contracting Officers and primes.
Education and Experience:
7+ years of professional experience on contracts administration and financials in a government contracting environment
Experience in administering a variety of contract types including CPFF, CPAF, CPIF, FFP-LOE, FFP
Working knowledge of FAR and DFARS
Preferred Experience:

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer
Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations
Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situation
The projected compensation range for this position is $114,100-$190,000. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
