　　Worksite: 1410 E. Southern Ave. Tempe AZ 85282

　　Duties include: Performs cleaning and sanitizing work areas, equipment,utensils, and dishes. Worker weighs or measures ingredients, such asmeats and liquids, and prepares fruit and vegetables for cooking. Cutmeats, poultry, raw pork, and pork rinds, and prepare them for cooking.Workers mix ingredients for salads and stores food in designatedcontainers and storage areas to prevent spoilage. Worker takes andrecords the temperature of food and food storage areas, places foodtrays over food warmers for immediate service. Worker performs routine,repetitive tasks under the direction of cooks, chefs, and food servicemanagers. To help cooks and other kitchen staff, worker preparesingredients for dishes by slicing and dicing vegetables and by makingsalads and cold food items. Worker retrieves pots and pans, clean andstore kitchen equipment, and unload and store food supplies. Whenneeded, worker retrieves food and equipment for cooks and chefs.

　　Requirements: Workers must be available to work weekends, evenings, andholidays. Workers must be able to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50pounds. No minimum education or prior work experience are required.On-the-job-training provided. All applicants must be able and willing toperform work described and must be available for the entire periodspecified.

　　Terms and conditions of employment:Workers will be paid no less than\$16.25 per hour; Overtime rate is \$24.37 per hour. The wage(s) offeredequal(s) or exceed(s) the highest of the prevailing wage or the Federal,State, or local minimum wage

　　Pay details:The employer will use a single worksheet as its standard forcomputing wages due. Workers will be paid on Friday (weekly) by check.The employer will make all deductions from the workers paycheck requiredby law.

　　Lodging:Workers are responsible for providing their own lodging.

　　Possible daily/weekly hours: Total of 36 hours per week. Schedule willvary weekly based on business needs from Monday to Sunday between 10:00a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Overtime possible. If overtime is worked, wage ispaid at a rate of time and a half per hour worked.

　　Public transportation:Public transportation is available. Workers areresponsible for daily transportation to and from the worksite.

　　Worker will be reimbursed by paid check for transportation andsubsistence from the place from which the worker has come to work forthe employer if the worker completes fifty percent of the period ofemployment covered by the job order. Upon fifty percent completion ofthe work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employerwill reimburse the worker for the reasonable costs of returntransportation and subsistence back home or to the place the workeroriginally departed to work, except where the worker will not return dueto subsequent employment with another employer. The amount oftransportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the mosteconomical and reasonable carrier for the distances involved. Dailysubsistence will be at least \$14.00 per day during travel to a maximumof \$59.00 per day with receipts.

　　Tools, equipment and supplies:All work will be done with employerprovided tools, supplies and equipment without charge or deposit.

　　Miscellaneous:Employer will reimburse the H2B workers in the firstworkweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and otherrelated fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred bythe H2B workers (not including passport fees).
