The Corporate Reliability Engineer will apply and implement predictive technologies and specialized inspections for the successful execution of reliability and maintenance programs within our plants. The focus is to maximize reliability, minimize downtime and reduce maintenance costs by implementing proactive and innovative ways to perform maintenance. The Corporate Reliability Engineer is responsible for working on assigned projects with limited or no supervision.

Responsibilities & Duties:
Apply and implement predictive maintenance technologies including Vibration, IR Thermography, Oil Analysis, Ultrasonic Testing, and Motor Circuit Analysis, High Voltage inspection and testing strategy.
Follow up the detailed specialized inspections of our equipment, such as mechanical inspections of rotary kilns and mills.
Support the plants maintain the equipment, such as laser alignment, fan balancing, hot kiln alignments and thickness inspections.
Recommending and evaluating PM process & equipment improvements.
Support Plant with perform RCA and document failures and anomalies. Create reports. Communicate findings with the plants.
Job Qualifications:
Associate degree in a technical discipline or related field experience.
(5) years industry experience; in paper mills, steel plants, refractory, heavy equipment fabrication, stone processing, cement plants, etc., preferred.
(2) years of which must be in Predictive Maintenance Technologies.
Predictive Technologies Certifications preferred ASNT Level 2 or ISO Category 3 certification.
Knowledge of mechanical integrity of systems, mechanical aptitude & strong analytical ability.
Prior experience demonstrating effective leadership skills.
Demonstrable teamwork and maturity with a strong work ethic
Fluency in spoken and written English.
High computer application literacy including Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Asset Management/Reliability programs and associated software programs is highly preferred.
Willing to Travel at least 30% of time to our plants in USA and Canada.
