　　Pay Rate:

　　The pay rate for this job is $20 / hour

　　What you'll be doing as a Flex Operator:

　　Clean, trim, and assemble components using hand tools, ensuring fit, form, and function

　　Clean, test, and assemble nozzles and nozzle blocks

　　Prepare for mold changeovers and assist in the process as needed

　　Daily cleaning of assigned presses and press areas

　　Assist in completing FPI/SA tasks

　　Maintain general housekeeping and perform additional duties as assigned by management

　　Available shifts:

　　Shift Timings: 2nd Shift (Evening) , 3rd Shift (Night) and Weekends

　　Job requirements

　　Read and understand product-related documents such as guidelines, quality alerts, safety alerts, and other relevant material

　　Attend and complete Paulson training within one year of starting the positio

　　Work safely and efficiently, following all safety protocols and using required personal protective equipment

　　Background check and drug screen required
