  About The Team:

  About The Role:

  • Lead the development and implementation of positive employee relations initiatives.

  • Provide coaching to employees and managers to ensure accurate interpretation and adherence to company HR policies, contributing to the maintenance of positive employee relations.

  • Oversee all aspects of the new hire onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and comprehensive orientation experience.

  Primary Objectives:

  • Build and maintain influential relationships by being a strategic partner with management and an advocate for employees.

  • Be a role model leader and an advocate of change, building organizational trust and promoting a positive workplace environment, partnering, and communicating with leadership on trends.

  • Manage HR initiatives, interpret and apply policies and HR procedures, develop, and maintain an effective new employee onboarding process.

  • Review, interpret, administer, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, and company policies and procedures partnering with the People Team and legal on any agency change responses.

  • Iterate on the company’s policies and tailor them to help attract, develop, and retain world-class talent. Lead employee relations and keep a pulse on happenings both big and small within the organizations you support

  What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop and execute positive employee relations initiatives. Coach employees and managers on correct interpretation and administration of Company HR policy. Assist in maintaining positive employee relations.

  • Coordinate all phases of the new hire onboarding process:

  Coordinate new hire orientation schedules with IT and the training team.

  Ensure managers organize team meetings, trainings, welcome lunches, and expectation meetings.

  Verify accurate entry of employee data into the HRIS platform.

  Conduct touch-base meetings with new hires.

  • Manage and coordinate promotions, internal transfers, and other employee changes.

  • Partner with HR management when conducting local level investigations and resolving team member issues. Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management.

  • Support the leave of absence process in partnership with benefits team and management to include team member accommodations, communication, etc.

  What We Are Looking For:

  • 7 years' experience working on a team of HR professionals in an HR Business Partner capacity or similar

  • Facilitates new hire orientation, collaborating with IT and the training team to establish comprehensive schedules for all employees.

  • Coordinates team meetings, training sessions, welcome lunches, and expectation meetings for managers to ensure a cohesive onboarding experience.

  • Verifies the accurate entry of all employee data into the HRIS platform.

  • Conducts touch-base meetings with each new hire to address any queries and ensure a smooth integration into the organization.

  What will Make You Stand Out:

  • Proven record of accomplishment of successfully aligning HR strategies with business objectives, fostering positive employee relations, and contributing to organizational success.

  • Expertise in strategic talent management, effective employee coaching, and a comprehensive understanding of HR policies.

  • SPHR/PHR or similar certification highly preferred

  The Tech:

  • Lever ATS, Paylocity HRIS, MS Office, and Monday.com

  Travel Requirements:

  •Less than 25%
