POSITION PURPOSE: Has immediate responsibility for HealthPartners financial analysis, reporting systems, accounting, and budgeting efforts. Develops, maintains and analyzes financial models. Provides financial analysis support as directed. ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1. Productively work with all levels of management; support and assist leaders, other team members, and other areas of HealthPartners. 2. Enhance processes and procedures to facilitate accurate and timely financial and managerial reporting and financial analysis. 3. Maintain, develop, and support financial and managerial reporting. 4. Assists leaders with operating and financial analysis efforts. 5. Supports financial forecasting and budgeting processes. Participates in special projects or studies as directed. Assist with the monthly close process. Support purchasing contracts.
