In your role, you will
Participate actively in full-cycle recruitment process (pre-selection, interviews, and offers);
Ensure that the recruiting processes and hiring engine are delivering effectively and in an integrated manner with the overall talent needs. In doing so, a constant focus will be placed on hiring the top talent for today and ensuring a pipeline of innovative talent for the future;
Proven ability to balance a high number of open positions, managing roles across multiple teams and departments;
Source passive candidates through the formal and informal network, complex internet searches, database mining, including the use of social media;
Partnering with hiring managers, other members of the HR community, as well as team colleagues to determine the current and future recruiting needs;
Developing and executing candidate generation strategies and building a pipeline of talent, including directly sourcing candidates, with an emphasis on diversity;
Performing extensive research, industry calibration, and reference checking;
Extend and negotiate offers to candidates;
Stay abreast of sourcing/recruiting trends.
As our ideal candidate
You hold a Bachelor's in Human Resources, or in a related field or with an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job;
You have a minimum of 10 years experience in recruitment preferably in the aerospace and/or manufacturing industry;
You have a proven ability to balance a high number of open positions, managing roles across multiple teams and departments;
You have the ability to understand, articulate, and document a hiring manager’s stated requirements, and formulate a clear value proposition that will attract the caliber of candidate we need to meet those requirements;
You have the ability to manage multiple roles within a fast-paced environment and address hiring needs with a strong sense of urgency while providing excellent candidate experience;
You are a team and results-oriented individual who has the capacity to influence others;
You have proven experience recruiting candidates with a focus on Diversity and Inclusion;
You promote organization values, behaviors, and diversity through daily candidate interactions, social media, and effective employer branding strategies, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels;
You have demonstrated negotiation skills when dealing with stakeholders including candidates and internal clients;
You have experience with internet searches by various recruiting techniques and methods;
You have good knowledge of MS Office;
You have knowledge in SAP HR and an Applicant Tracking System, Taleo and SuccessFactors, an asset;
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with minimal supervision (Bilingual English / Spanish);
You can utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sources, such as referrals, to proactively develop a talent pipeline for critical roles.
