Duties also include supporting internal personnelas well as customers with any card or ATM-related issues.

　　ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

　　Delivers excellent customer service to both internal and externalcustomers in a prompt, efficient, accurate, and professional manner.

　　Works with reports daily to solve account transactions in a timelymanner with accuracy.

　　Reviews and produces reports for daily volumes, approvals, exceptionsand card processing functions.

　　Research and processes disputes and adjustments.

　　Assists instant issue branches with daily card production, training,balancing of stock and troubleshooting, which may include assisting withcritical updates and testing of card production.

　　Provides department and branch personnel support to resolve customerissues by researching issues, opening cases or seeking out vendorassistance to resolution.
