UW Medicine Accounting at Harborview has an outstanding opportunity for a Financial Analyst .
WORK SCHEDULE
Full-Time - 100% FTE
Mon – Fri
Hybrid Schedule DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION The Financial Analyst collaborates with operational management and various department managers to create, implement and sustain a transparent fiscal infrastructure related to certain revenue sources and expense areas. The analyst works in conjunction with the Accounting Manager and Operations to establish and maintain relationships between program managers and Finance while providing assurances that expenditures are properly monitored and analyzed. The analyst ensure that costs are reasonable and consistently treated per GAAP, GASB and regulatory requirements. The Analyst must have a strong customer service orientation, a focus on delivering accurate and actionable analytical tools, and a flexible approach to solving problems. The Analyst must be able to function well independently and must be able to diagnose and document accounting problems through the use of reconciliations and data flow charts.

Bachelors Degree in Accounting or closely related field
2 – 3 years’ experience accounting with cash accounting emphasis
