Description
We are seeking a motivated Finance professional to join our team at Amazon EU. This unique role combines finance controllership, data analytics, and stakeholder management, allowing you to make an impact across multiple organizations.
As a Finance Manager, your main focus will be optimizing fulfillment costs. You will leverage advanced analytics and tools to query large data, interpret inputs and outputs, and drive insights.
Working cross-functionally with supply chain, transportation, and fulfillment centers, you will collaborate with stakeholders to improve the customer experience and lower costs.
Your responsibilities include financial reporting, forecasting, controls, and analysis of EU fulfillment planning for all Amazon EU purchases. You will establish financial controls, build models, develop agile processes, and implement innovative solutions.
Additionally, you will present and gain support for your initiatives from senior management.
To excel in this role, you should be comfortable with advanced analytics and tools. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential as you will work closely with various teams. Expertise in operational and financial metrics will be valuable in leading continuous cost improvements and tracking savings.

Basic Qualifications
A degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or another relevant field
Relevant experience in a finance role including partnering with a variety of stakeholders across the business
Relevant experience in managing people
Relevant experience working with Excel and large-scale data mining and reporting tools such as Python, SQL or Tableau
Relevant experience in financial modelling
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced or master’s degree in finance, economics or mathematics, such as a CA, CMA, CWA or MBA
Experience working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
Experience working in large teams or at a national/multinational organisation
Experience communicating complex information and solutions to senior stakeholders and influence decisions
