  We are open to filling this position remotely in any of the states in which OneNeck operates. If preferred, we are also open to a hybrid work model in any of our physical office locations (Eden Prairie, MN; Madison, WI; Denver, CO; Cedar Rapids or Des Moines, IA; Scottsdale, AZ, or Omaha, NE).

  Responsibilities

  The Sales Representative is responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to acquire new logos and drive sales and revenue growth across OneNeck's broad portfolio of hybrid IT and multi-cloud solutions. In this role, you are responsible and accountable for identifying new business opportunities through research, prospecting and lead generation activities and converting them into opportunities and wins through consistent and proactive prospecting and sales efforts.

  To excel in this role, the Sales Representative will:

  Conduct meetings and presentations with potential clients to learn about their requirements and showcase our solutionsNegotiate and close new business deals in a timely and efficient manner.Collaborate closely with the revenue marketing team to align with OneNeck's go-to-market strategy, and with the customer success team to ensure successful onboarding of new clients.Partner with our front-end sales team on joint sales pursuits.Qualifications

  Required Qualifications:

  Associate degree (or higher) highly desired -OR- 2+ years equivalent education/experience6+ years professional work experience, including at least 5+ years sales or business development experience (must include some prior experience prospecting or selling technology products, services and /or complex technical solutions).Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance.Travel as required by business need.Other Qualifications:

  Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.Experience using CRM, Sales Engagement and Prospecting Tools (HubSpot, Outreach, Demandbase, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is preferredExperience developing activity reports and sales forecasts preferred.Self-directed and self-motivated with strong listening skills.Energetic, with a competitive spirit and a results-driven, goal-oriented attitude.Capable of carrying on a conversation long enough to schedule an appointment or get the right person on the phone.Resilient when faced with rejection.Good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure.Adaptable to changing and uncertain environments.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.OneNeck IT Solutions offers multi-cloud solutions, combined with managed services, professional IT services, hardware and local connectivity via top-tier data centers across the country.
