Description:

　　We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist with maintaining an industrial laundry facility. Responsibilities include assisting with repairing, maintaining, installing and troubleshooting industrial equipment, systems and components including, but not limited to, washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyor systems and boilers; assisting with performing preventive/predictive maintenance; resolving safety concerns; performing indoor and outdoor housekeeping; monitoring inventory supplies and maintaining maintenance records.

　　This is a first "swing" shift position. 11AM-6PM, Monday-Friday.

　　Qualifications:

　　At least three years of industrial maintenance is required to be considered fully qualified. Knowledge of welding is also helpful, but not required. Electrical experience, knowledge of the Ramsay test, boiler knowledge, and HVAC experience are all applicable and great skills to possess for this position!
