Description:

　　Quality inspection of all salt grade products and material operation processes on the manufacturing floor

　　Magnet inspection, documentation, distribution, collection, and review

　　Routine magnet and scalping screen HACCP inspections including routine measurement of HACCP program magnet strength

　　Label, lot numbers, product appearance, and weight checks per SOP guidelines

　　Quality control testing of all incoming raw materials, in-process products, and finished products in the lab.

　　Prepare chemical reagents

　　Titrations, pH testing, specific testing associated with salt analysis

　　Calibration of laboratory equipment

　　Maintain laboratory cleanliness and housekeeping

　　Responsible for all quality documentation of lab notebooks and computer entry

　　Assist Quality Manager with the generation, review, and revision of SOPs

　　Assist with internal auditing of the facility

　　Provide testing assistance for in plant troubleshooting related to foreign material events or salt issues
