　　Title: Customer Service Financial Analyst

　　Location: Belgrade, Serbia

　　Grade: 8

　　Position Summary

　　This finance position is responsible for building and providing various P&L’s, financial analysis, supporting field finance teams with month-end closing and other responsibilities inside Serbia Services Finance team. The position works closely with finance and business teams support, requiring a specialized understanding of NCR Voyix services offers and cost parameters.

　　Key Areas of Responsibility

　　Support NAMER/EUROPE finance team throughout month to process vouchers and accruals, research results P&L issues, run periodic revenue and cost reports (i.e. statement of activity), P&Ls, capture arrears billing data, etc.

　　Involvement in other areas of responsibility inside the team such as maintaining and creating org codes for Services organization, Global consolidations, process improvements etc.

　　Working on ad-hoc finance projects

　　Basic Requirements

　　Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or other related Business discipline

　　Demonstrated strong financial/analytical skills gained through formal education and work experience.

　　Strong Excel skills required. Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint and Word) and comfortable with system data mining

　　Demonstrates positive can-do attitude, is proactive and customer focused

　　Effectively manage and produce results in an unpredictable environment with short operational cycles

　　Ability to work non-standard business hours as required (during month-end close)

　　Preferred Requirements

　　Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several projects at a time

　　Flexible and highly motivated with the ability to work with various cross-functional teams

　　Strong interpersonal and analytical skills

　　Excellent written and verbal skills

　　Relevant work experience is a plus
