This person provides critical on-site instrumentservices at customer locations. You would provide complete services onlaboratory equipment including repairs, preventative maintenance,installation, and compliance services. Overnight travel will benecessary weekly by the Field Service Technician and some overtime maybe required. Day in the Life - Perform on-site repair, maintenance,calibration, and installation of general laboratory equipment productssuch as incubators, centrifuges, ultra-low temp freezers, washers, etc.Will work in conjunction with the scheduling department to meet theneeds of our customers Provide on-site training relative to systemservice, maintenance, and basic operation Arrange their own travelaccommodations and submit expense reports on time Maintain spare partsinventory Maintaining open communication with local and internal teamsto enable delivering improved service.
