Minimum/Required Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in digital or newmedia communications, marketing, or related field. Three years ofexperience in producing and distributing digital content and measuringand evaluating the effectiveness of that content, or a combination ofexperience and advanced education that demonstrates comparablebackground. Excellent writing skills with experience in drafting copyfor emails, social media, web and other marketing platforms. Knowledgeand understanding of social media platforms, their audiences, and howeach platform can be utilized effectively. Experience with CRM-baseddigital marketing platforms. Demonstrated organizational, projectmanagement, and analytical skills. Experience working within brandguidelines. Evidence of successful collaboration with internal teammembers and external stakeholders. A record of learning about diverseconstituents of an organization and its external audiences thatdemonstrated the ability to translate intelligence into inclusivedigital communications that reflect the realities and identities of theconstituents/audience.
