　　We seek a developer who will collaborate with our team of software developers and engineers on multiple projects. Current efforts include a full-featured energy simulation for the US Army and Marine Corps, and mission planning applications for autonomous aircraft . The applications have an energy focus and involve fuel cells, batteries, solar arrays and other energy technologies. Our applications are typically browser based react/typescript applications with back ends written in Golang or Python deployed in Docker containers.

　　This is a full time, remote delivery role with visits to customer site occasionally.

　　Duties:Lead application development efforts and interact with user/client groups

　　Initial focus will be on supporting development and testing of mission planning applications for autonomous aircraft and developing new features for our energy simulation

　　Capabilities and interest in scientific computing (like working with an interpolated wind vector field to determine wind and partial derivatives at particular points & modifying dynamic models of the aircraft's performance) is helpful.

　　Required Experience:

　　3-5 years’ experience with software development

　　Proficient in at least two of the following: Python, C++, or Go

　　Experience with Git/Gitlab

　　Experience developing unit and integration tests

　　Required Education:

　　B.S. degree in Computer Science, or an engineering or STEM field major

　　Desired Skills and Qualifications:

　　Experience with scientific computing, modeling & simulation, sensor integration

　　Front End development experience (React, NodeJS)

　　Experience setting up applications on AWS, Azure, or Kubernetes

　　Experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Gitlab CI, Jenkins, GitHub actions).

　　Experience with code scanning tools like Fortify, SonarQube, etc

　　Must be able to pass a U.S. Government background check. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
