　　Location of this person is preferred in Ankara, Turkey . Extensive travelling (up to 75%) is required.

　　The primary function of the role is to conduct service and periodic maintenance to customers. Follow up customer agreements and customer satisfaction through planning, execution, documentation and invoicing of service tasks. Insure update of customer information, technical documentation and input to correct invoicing of customers. Support customers in technical questions (phone and/ or mail). Support own colleagues in Service department and sales with technical knowledge. Participate in required training (technical, mandatory by Eaton or by law). Responsilities over the service request realization (timing, effectiveness) and service sales budget realization.

　　What you’ll do:

　　Current diagnostics and repairs of Eaton/Ulusoy electrical, electronic and automation devices.

　　Programming and Service of Eaton/Ulusoy products.

　　Providing necessary trainings on Eaton/Ulusoy systems.

　　Responsible for acting in compliance with all Eaton EHS and local legal safety.

　　Qualifications:

　　Technical Degree / Diploma (Technical High School or Associate's Degree) especially on Electrical field.

　　At least 1 year of experience in electrical industry working with LV / MV switchgear, transformers.

　　Skills:

　　Intermediate Technical skills & systems expertise in electrical products.

　　Time Management, Detail Oriented, Autonomy, Customer Care, Task orientation
