　　Randstad has partnered with a highly reputable food equipment production company located in Minneapolis, MN. We are looking for a Field Service Maintenance Technician for our East Coast Area. The Field Service Technician will travel to client locations and perform preventive Maintenance on equipment. This position requires a lot of travel and candidate must be willing to travel up to 80% of the time domestically and internationally. 　　Responsibilities

　　-Repair, install, troubleshoot, inspect and modify Bühler equipment at customer sites and in house workshop.

　　Assess customer needs in regards to maintenance, spare parts, modernization, and improvement of process.

　　Provide technical support externally and internally.

　　Develop, organize and provide customer and internal training programs.

　　Assist Customer Service to generate quotations and orders.

　　Complete electronic troubleshooting.

　　Special projects such as product development, sales visits to customers/vendors and demonstration of equipment to customers/vendors.

　　Promote Bühler Customer Service and help customers to plan future service.

　　-Travel within U.S. & Canada (approx. 80%), occasional travel to Mexico and Europe.
