PrimaryDuties & Responsibilities: Manages cross-functional relationships withenterprise research partners to ensure collaboration, shared collectiveinsights, and creates actionable feedback loops based on the research.Develops strategic insights from the research to influence enterprisepartners, specifically as it relates to the field\'s needs. Manages keyrelationships with the field advisors to gain insights and feedback forresearch purposes as needed, ensuring the voice of the field is valuedand heard. Activate all reactive field sentiment from across theenterprise, using influence to drive value through others. Proactivelyensures field sentiment is captured in research that will impact thefield. Creates strategic, actionable insights that are developed fromexperiments done through the SIM Lab for the purchase experience.Partners with enterprise leaders on insights from the SIM Lab to ensurethe insights are understood and influences decisions made related to thepurchase experience. Synthesizes existing research findings and makesrecommendations. Provides project leadership, direction and mentoring toproject team. Responsible for developing agile tools to track, analyzeand manage field research, data and insights SME on field experienceworking cross collaboratively to influence the field point of view inresearch agendas and insights Qualifications: Degree in business,statistics, or related field. Six or more years of experience withbusiness analysis with a strong background in research preferred. Strongbusiness acumen. Strong ability to influence across the enterprisewithout authority, especially with senior management. Deep insurance andfinancial services industry knowledge, including products, markets andcompetitors. Ability to assess data, research, findings, and execute onit. Able to be both strategic and tactical, with strong analytical,problem solving and conceptual skills. Must have, or acquire soon after,intimate knowledge of NM field, markets, clients and products. Abilityto unite key colleagues and cross-functional partners by gaining trustthrough demonstrating business expertise.
