Equipment that workers may be required to operateincludes, but is not limited to, tractors with various implements,equipment that utilizes GPS and auto-guidance systems, sprayers,combines, back-hoes, mowers, and track-hoes. Non CDL farm trucks will beloaded with agricultural products and driven on the farm and to storagefacilities. Job also requires loading seed into planters; properlymixing chemicals; loading chemicals into sprayers; changing combinecutting heads; rouging fields and using hand tools to remove undesirableplant varieties, trash, and other objects from fields; performinggeneral maintenance, repairs and/or clean-up of storage sheds, pivotpoints, buildings, and all farm equipment; ensuring operational areasare organized and well maintained; using hand tools and equipment torepair, clean and maintain farm vehicles, machinery and specializedmachinery and agricultural equipment; and regularly servicing equipment.There are few typical days and workers may be required to change dutiesand/or locations often and engage in various general functions. Dailyduties may vary depending on crop, weather, and field conditions.
