Need 3 full time, temporary, seasonal Agricultural Equipment Operators to work in Breckenridge, MN. From: 03/01/2024 - 12/31/2024 Work: Mon.-Fri. 8 hrs./day; 40 hrs./week. JOB DUTIES: Drive/operate farm machinery, plant, cultivate, spray, fertilize, harvest, store grain crops of corn, soy beans and sugar beets; attach farm implements, e.g. plow, disc, drill to tractor, till soil, plant and cultivate grain. Tow harvesting equipment, drive/operate self-propelled combine to harvest crops; perform duties like lubricating, repairing farm machinery; transport produce to elevator or storage area. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Minimum (3) months experience, able to lift 60 lbs., willing to obtain Class D drivers license within two months of hire; if applicant already has a Class D license, applicant must furnish employer a current driver's abstract showing acceptable driving record. No minimum education requirement. EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance; employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $15.46 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.
