As a Facilities Process Transfer Manager your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Safe, reliable and cost-effective process transfer, start up and qualification of CS facilities supporting Fab 27 in Ohio, associated support buildings, and infrastructure.Accountable as primary CS point of contact for FCE, FSM manufacturing and other stakeholders during the design, construction, startup and ramp of Fab 27.Co-Lead a team of engineering and commissioning SPOCs for applicable CS facilities discipline groups: mechanical exhaust/process/HVAC, Ultra-Pure Water, Industrial Waste Systems, Water Reclaim and Treatment, Chemical and Gases, Life Safety Systems, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Controls.Establish standards and agreements to ensure CS F27 and the existing facility operations are aligned as a single organization that adds value to Intel through:Role model and ensure world-class safety values.Relentless pursuit of system reliability and operational excellence.Quality-focused culture that attracts and retains the best talent including staffing plans and year-round people management.Own cost-focused efforts to ensure accurate forecasts spends and cost-saving goals.Relevant and well-managed performance metrics KPIs.Strong relationships with FSM, CS TD, Fab Construction Enterprise and other stakeholders as well as external suppliers.Discipline responsibility for capacity and technology transfer partnership with the Program Managers for multiple large and small projects.Quickly address operations and performance issues by using disciplined problem-solving and task force methodologies.Lead the CS Fab 27 team in taskforce situations such as safety events operational impacts etc.Coordinate with the FFO Site Ops Managers to improve operational and nonoperational results.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Position not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering degree with 5+ years of experience facilities engineering.1+ years of Process Transfer experience as an Engineer or System Owner
Preferred Qualifications:
-2+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
Semiconductor manufacturing, including fab and assembly/test, with understanding of high-volume manufacturing and technology development concepts and challenges.Facilities operations or fab tool ownership.Statistical Process Control.Working in a production environment and/or with other facilities process systems.Project planning, coordination, and integration.Bulk Chemical Delivery or Bulk/Specialty Gases system ownership.Writing procedures, system specifications, and other forms of technical writing to support sustaining of new equipment.
-1+ years of experience with construction contracts, procurement methodologies and, construction project approval forums (SMT, DRTF, PCS
Other Information
Final location for this role will be the Ohio site, with an interim location identified and negotiated with an offer, until the Ohio office premises are available. May require a training assignment in AZ of 9 to 12 months prior to arrival at site in OH. Based on the current project schedule, the official start/need date for this position IN OHIO is Q2'2025.
