CO Salary Range: USD 55,000.00 - 65,000.00 per year
Ibotta is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. This person will demonstrate a commitment to quality and timely processing of all accounts receivable tasks, while working to ensure prompt and accurate billing and collections.
This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office. The specified high value hybrid days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Candidates must live in the United States.
What you will be doing:
Proactively investigate and resolve complex billing discrepancies and inquiries, demonstrating a proactive approach to identifying and rectifying issues.Play a key role in applying cash receipts to outstanding invoices, particularly in cases requiring advanced reconciliation and financial analysis.Take an assertive stance in the pursuit of delinquent customer accounts, employing advanced negotiation and problem-solving techniques to recover outstanding payments.Conduct in-depth reconciliations of account balances, including the management of deferred revenue, and implement strategies to ensure the accuracy of financial records.Provide comprehensive support pertaining to customer billing, account balances, and financial inquiries, offering advanced expertise to resolve intricate customer issues.Spearhead the implementation of streamlined processes, automation, and best practices in billing and collections, with a focus on enhancing efficiency and reducing errors.Generate and analyze weekly Accounts Receivable reports, delivering insightful input regarding the status of collections and assisting in cash collection forecasting.Other duties and projects as neededEmbrace and uphold Ibotta's Core Values: Integrity, Boldness, Ownership, Teamwork, Transparency & A good idea can come from anywhere
What we are looking for:
2+ years of direct experience as an AR Analyst, OR the equivalent in accounting and/or billing experience in a fast-paced environmentAssociate's or Bachelor's degree preferred or an equivalent combination of related education and experienceTechnical Skills: G Suite, Intermediate ExcelStrong customer service, data entry, and organizational skillsCapability to perform multiple tasks with changing priorities and to follow through to completion on all assignments

and occasional meals.Base compensation range: $55,000-$65,000. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience.
