Facilities Associate Needed The Club at New Seabury is currently hiringa Facilities Associate who will work under the guidance of ourexperienced and respected Director of Facilities. This full-timeyear-round position entails performing various routine buildingmaintenance and repair tasks. As a Facilities Associate, you will havean opportunity to learn and contribute to our building operations andmaintenance. This position offers excellent potential for growth withinthe company and is eligible for PTO and benefits. As a token ofappreciation, we are offering a sign-on bonus of \$1000 that is subjectto our policy requirements. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Paint,remodel, refurbish areas as needed Repair, maintain/monitor allequipment and amenities Change of all filters for HVAC as requiredRemove and properly dispose of all recyclable materials Change lightbulbs, interior and exterior, as needed Maintain exterior property,including snow removal Performs routine maintenance around the propertyunder the direction of the Director Attends departmental staff meetingsCompletes other appropriate assignments made by the Facilities ManagerKnowledge, Skills, And Abilities Basic knowledge of trades to understandrepair problems and make minor repairs on outlets, lamps and plumbingfixtures General knowledge of power tools Ability to work under tighttime constraints, handle sensitive data, and multi-task so thatdeadlines can be met Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, andcarpentry Ability to work with minimal supervision Must demonstratestrong communication and interpersonal skills; customer service orientedMust be organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, and able tomulti-task
